CO's comments: After sitting all winter the dinghy started on the second pull. The same with the engines and the generator on Kim Jo III. Everything is running smoothly and it good to be out anchoring.

May 9, 2012; Second day at Birdsong Creek Anchorage
Wednesday: We got here yesterday afternoon and spent a quiet night reading and after dark listening to the sounds of the night. It was very peaceful. Today we took the dinghy out and explored the cove we are in. It was a beautiful sunny to partly cloudy day with a breeze. It is nice to be out on the water again. We enjoyed a gorgeous sunset tonight. Our plan is to get in some fishing tomorrow before we head back to the marina in the afternoon.
